JGH Educational and Charitable Foundation, Awarded a $1,500 Grant.

Loudoun County, September 1, 2023** - The ZUL Director of

Education is thrilled to announce that our JGH Educational and

Charitable Foundation, Inc. has been awarded a $1,500 grant from

the Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern

Fauquier Counties through the Black-led Nonprofit Grant

Program 2023. This generous grant will play a pivotal role in

expanding the Loudoun Academic Awards program, dedicated to

recognizing and inspiring the academic achievements of African

American students in Loudoun County.


In 2024, JGH Proposes to Transform Education in Loudoun

County.


The grant will be instrumental in taking the Loudoun Academic

Awards program to new heights. In 2024, JGH will extend its reach

to 20 middle and high schools, benefiting over 200 African

American students in 8th through 11th grades. The primary objective

remains to celebrate students' academic achievements,

encouraging them to persist through high school graduation

and aspire to college success.
